Requirements 1 to 4 years of experience in Customer Success, ORM, Digital Support, or related roles.

● Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

● Robust understanding of social media platforms and ORM practices.

● Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
