Rathis Bandhus Commercial Private Limited is hiring a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) who will be responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving queries, maintaining solid relationships with clients, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and complaints.
Maintain good relationships with customers.
Provide after-sales support and follow-ups.
Coordinate with sales and other departments.
Maintain customer records and prepare reports.

Required Skills
Positive communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Customer service and problem-solving skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM tools)
Ability to handle multiple customer queries
Valuable interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
