Roles and Responsibility
Manage and oversee construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with the design team to resolve technical issues and improve project efficiency.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in managing construction projects, preferably in a similar industry.
Robust knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and techniques.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
