Role Description The Copywriter will create explicit, compelling, and conversion-focused copy for a variety of marketing assets, including ads, landing pages, email campaigns, social media posts, and website content. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and refining copy, collaborating with marketing and design teams, and aligning messaging with client brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

The role also involves conducting basic research on client industries and audiences, adapting tone and style for different channels, and proofreading content to ensure accuracy and consistency. This is a full time, hybrid now & (on-site later)



role based in Kolkata, requiring close coordination with internal teams and timely delivery of content for ongoing growth marketing initiatives.

Qualifications
Strong & Quirky Writing skills with the ability to produce clear, persuasive, and audience-specific copy.
Experience in creating UGC scripts and other Meta Ads & Google Ads direct response copies that aligns with brand messaging, and customer's intent.
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
Proficient in Marketing concepts, with an understanding of growth marketing, lead generation, and e-commerce environments.
Attention to detail and robust Proofreading abilities to ensure error-free and consistent content.
Ability to work on-site (as required) in Kolkata and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Familiarity with digital marketing channels (e.g., paid ads, email, social media) and performance-oriented copywriting is preferred.
