Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage customer relationships, coordinate sales orders, follow up on payments, handle customer queries, and ensure timely dispatch and excellent service.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing customers.
Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and sales orders.
Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, and Accounts teams for timely deliveries.
Track order status and update customers regularly.
Follow up for outstanding payments and maintain customer records.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure quick issue resolution.
Prepare daily sales and customer follow-up reports.




Generate current business opportunities through regular customer interaction.
Maintain Excel database with complete customer details.

Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management or Sales Coordination.
Experience in manufacturing or plastic industry will be an added advantage.

Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English)
Customer handling and negotiation skills
MS Excel, MS Office, CRM Software
Robust follow-up and coordination ability
Problem-solving and multitasking
Good organizational and reporting skills
