Black Rocks Consultancy is hiring on behalf of a leading and well-established Engineering & Contracting Group in Saudi Arabia . We are looking for experienced Civil Estimation Engineers with solid expertise in pre-tender and bidding activities for large-scale industrial projects.

Civil Estimation Engineer (Pre-Tender & Bidding) Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions for civil construction projects.
Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents to determine project scope and pricing.
Perform quantity take-offs and support value engineering initiatives.
Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
Assist in project cost planning, budgeting, and bid evaluation.




Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely tender submissions.

Candidate Requirements
B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. in Civil Engineering.
4–6 years of relevant experience in estimation and tendering.
Minimum 1 years of GCC/Saudi Arabia experience (optional).
Hands-on experience in Estimation & Tendering, Quantity Surveying, Vendor & Subcontractor Management, Project Cost Control Support, and Stakeholder Coordination.
Experience in Industrial Projects such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, and Manufacturing.
Proficiency in CostX, Candy, AutoCAD, and Primavera.
Robust analytical, commercial, and communication skills.
