Responsibilities
Manage customer relationships and provide post-sales support.
Follow up with leads and existing customers.
Handle customer queries and resolve escalations.
Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure smooth conversions.
Maintain customer data and update the CRM system.
Prepare daily follow-up and customer reports.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in CRM or Customer Relationship Management.
Experience in the EdTech industry is preferred.
Basic understanding of sales, lead handling, and customer conversion.
Positive communication skills in Hindi and English.
Knowledge of, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.
Salary: As per experience Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
