Role Over viewWe are seeking a Sales &

BD Leader with strong experience in IT sales, AWS Cloud & ERP solution sales within the domestic market. The ideal candidate will drive enterprise acquisition, build channel partnerships, manage key accounts, and own revenue growth for Cloud & ERP service lines. A background in staffing sales will be an added advant age.

Key Responsibil - itiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and/or international mar
kets.Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective cli
ents.Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive anal
ysis.Develop and deliver effective sales pitches and propo
sals.Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients and part
ners.Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure customer satisfac




tion.Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales tar
gets.Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting using CRM t
ools.Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportuni
ties.Provide feedback to product and leadership teams for continuous improve ment.

Require - ments:Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA prefe
rred).7+ years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account manag
ement.Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal s
