Deputy Manager/ Manager - Store

Key Responsibilities

> Maintain accurate stock records of raw materials, WIP (Work in Progress), and finished goods Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability and conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts
>
> Implement inventory control systems (FIFO, LIFO, ABC analysis)
>
> Coordinate with procurement and production teams for material requirements
>
> Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid production delays
>
> Supervise receiving, storing, and issuing of materials
>
> Maintain records such as GRN (Goods Receipt Note), issue slips, and stock registers
>
> Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports and ensure proper documentation for audits and compliance
>
> Lead and supervise store staff and assign duties to the monitor performance
>




> Implement safety measures for handling materials
>
> Working may require extended hours during audits or peak production periods

Key Skills

> Robust knowledge of inventory control techniques
>
> Familiarity with ERP systems
>
> Leadership and team management abilities
>
> Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
>
> Candidate must be from an Automobile, Sheet Metal or Engineering parts manufacturing Company.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: Minimum 08 to 10 Years in Manufacturing Company
