The CRM Executive manages customer relationships by maintaining accurate customer data, communicating with customers, resolving queries, and executing customer engagement strategies. The role focuses on improving customer retention, increasing customer satisfaction, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure excellent customer service.
Execute customer engagement, loyalty, and retention campaigns.
Generate CRM reports and analyze customer data to identify trends and prospects.
Track customer interactions and follow up on pending issues.
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Support lead management and sales pipeline activities.
Required Skills
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
Customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Good analytical and reporting skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
