Manage day to day operations of the club to ensure smooth functioning and to achieve sales target of the club .
Conduct staff briefings , provide training for recent staffs and their skill development
Develop and implement strategies to improve member engagement and retention
Implement strategies to increase revenue and achieve financial targets
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
Responsible for selling club membership and ensure team is achieving monthly target as well
Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Master's (Required)
