Roles & Responsibilities :

Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates.

Measure quantities from drawings and site work.

Prepare client and subcontractor billing as per project progress.

Verify work completed and certify payment quantities.

Monitor project costs and maintain budget control.

Prepare rate analysis and cost comparisons.

Coordinate with project, site, and procurement teams.

Track material consumption and project variations.

Maintain billing, estimation, and project cost records.

Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of reports.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
