Skills:
Basic knowledge of RCC, steel structures, surveying, estimation, and construction materials.
Ability to read drawings and plans.
AutoCAD, MS Excel, and basic quantity estimation.
Positive communication and teamwork.
Willingness to learn and adapt.
Support senior engineers in measurement, quantity take-off, and preparing reports.
Monitor material quality, workmanship, and safety compliance at site.
Prepare basic drawings and BOQs under guidance.
Maintain documentation such as DPR, WPR, checklists, and inspection reports.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and site team.
Learn and apply project management tools and site standards.
