We’re Hiring | CRM Executive

Prockured is looking for a confident, organised and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage leads, customer communication, quotations and regular follow-ups.

Location: Jaipur

Work Mode: Full time, Office-based

Key Responsibilities
Manage leads received through the website, WhatsApp, calls and other channels.
Record and update customer details, requirements and lead status in the CRM software.
Contact customers to understand their product and purchasing requirements.
Share product information, quotations and relevant details with customers.
Conduct regular follow-ups with new and existing leads.
Track every lead through different stages of the sales process.
Coordinate with the sales, purchase, operations and accounts teams.
Assign and update lead owners, sources, pipelines and follow-up dates in the CRM.
Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and quotation history.
Follow up on pending quotations and support customers until order confirmation.




Build positive relationships with customers and respond professionally to their queries.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on leads, follow-ups and conversions.

Skills Required
Good verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic knowledge of CRM software, lead management or customer handling is preferred.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Robust follow-up, coordination and relationship-management skills.
Ability to understand customer requirements and share suitable solutions.
Valuable organisational and time-management abilities.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn new software.
