Corporate Sales Executive – Commercial Leasing

We are hiring a Corporate Sales Executive to manage commercial leasing for office spaces, retail spaces, and commercial properties. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in B2B Sales, Commercial Leasing, or Commercial Real Estate who enjoy client interaction and business development.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage commercial leasing leads through corporate outreach, referrals, networking, and market research.
Identify office spaces, retail spaces, SCOs, and commercial properties based on client requirements.
Build and maintain robust relationships with landlords, developers, corporate clients, and channel partners.
Arrange and conduct site visits for prospective clients.




Negotiate lease commercials and facilitate successful closures between landlords and tenants.
Coordinate with legal and documentation teams for LOIs, lease agreements, and other transaction documents.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property inventory, follow-ups, and deal progress in the CRM.
Stay updated on Gurgaon commercial real estate trends, rentals, vacancies, and recent project launches.
Achieve monthly leasing, revenue, and business development targets.
Deliver exceptional client service and build long-term business relationships.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
