We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager who is passionate about building solid client relationships, ensuring seamless communication, and delivering a premium customer journey from project initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients by understanding their expectations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Coordinate between clients, design teams, project managers, and vendors to facilitate smooth communication and timely updates.
Schedule and manage client meetings, design presentations, site visits, and project reviews.
Track project milestones and proactively communicate progress, timelines,
and any changes to clients.
Address client concerns, feedback, and escalations promptly while ensuring timely resolution.
Maintain accurate client records, communication logs, and project documentation in the CRM system.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients during and after project completion to enhance customer experience and encourage referrals.
Gather client feedback and identify prospects to improve service delivery.
Support the leadership team in maintaining long-term client relationships and brand loyalty.
Prepare periodic customer satisfaction and project status reports.
