Job Summary: We are hiring a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to handle customer relationships, coordinate with internal teams, manage orders, and ensure excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups.
Coordinate product samples, trials, deliveries, and payments.
Maintain CRM records, customer database, and MIS reports.
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Production, and Dispatch teams.
Build solid customer relationships and generate repeat business.
Requirements
Graduate (MBA preferred).
3–7 years of experience in CRM, Inside Sales, Sales Coordination, or Customer Support.
Robust communication and follow-up skills.
Knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel and CRM software.
Experience in PVC, Plastics, Polymers, Chemicals, or B2B industry is preferred.
