Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Associate to manage end-to-end customer relationships throughout the property transaction lifecycle. The ideal candidate will coordinate with customers, banks, legal teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless property registrations, loan processing, documentation, and transaction closures while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete customer journey from property booking to successful transaction closure.
Coordinate end-to-end property transaction activities including documentation, registrations, and compliance.
Guide customers through home loan processing and coordinate with banking partners for timely approvals.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing regular updates and resolving queries efficiently.
Maintain accurate customer records and transaction details in the CRM system.
Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, Operations, and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
Coordinate with banks, legal authorities, registration offices, and other external stakeholders for timely completion of transactions.




Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt, skilled, and solution-oriented support.
Monitor transaction timelines and proactively identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
Travel locally when required for customer meetings, property registrations, documentation, and banking formalities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1 to 5 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Customer Success, Operations, Banking, Loan Processing, or Real Estate.
Prior experience in the Real Estate or PropTech industry will be an added advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Knowledge of Hindi and Marathi will be preferred.
Strong customer handling and relationship management skills.
Positive understanding of loan processing and property transaction documentation is desirable.
Robust organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM applications.
Detail-oriented with excellent coordination and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
