Qualification- Graduation, Diploma in Computers
Type radiology reports accurately from handwritten notes, voice dictation, or digital recordings.
Prepare reports for Ultrasound, CT Scan, MRI, X-ray, Doppler, Mammography, and other diagnostic imaging procedures.
Ensure reports are free from grammatical, spelling, and formatting errors.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information and medical records.
Coordinate with radiologists for report corrections and clarifications.
Upload and print finalized reports in the Hospital Information System (HIS), RIS, or PACS as applicable.
Ensure timely completion and dispatch of reports within the prescribed turnaround time.
Maintain proper documentation and electronic records of all reports.
Assist in organizing patient records and imaging documentation.
Follow hospital policies,
NABH standards, and data privacy guidelines.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Radiology.
