Role Description As a Customer Service Specialist (MBA Fresher) at NoBroker HR, you will provide support to customers using NoBroker’s platform and services, ensuring a smooth, brokerage-free experience. In this full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, you will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, respond to queries, guide users through property-related processes, and resolve issues promptly and professionally. You will track customer interactions,



document feedback, and coordinate with internal teams to improve service quality and user experience.

The role involves maintaining high standards of phone etiquette, managing escalations, and contributing to continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and service workflows.

Qualifications Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Support and Customer Service capabilities.

Ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction and overall Customer Experience through proactive problem-solving.

Excellent Phone Etiquette and clear, skilled communication in English; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.

MBA (fresh graduate) from a recognized institution, with interest in PropTech, real estate, or consumer internet services.

Comfort with on-site work in the Greater Bengaluru Area and flexibility to work rotational shifts or weekends if required.

Valuable analytical and listening skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Basic proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online communication platforms; prior internship or project experience in customer operations is a plus.
