Job Title: Part time Costing & MIS Executive

We are looking for a Costing & MIS Executive to prepare and maintain monthly location-wise costing and management reports for our project contracting business.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly location-wise profit and loss reports
Update category-wise project expenses and work-done values
Compare work executed, billing, receipts and payments
Prepare location-wise cash-flow statements
Reconcile costing data with accounts and site records
Track unbilled work, pending bills and outstanding payments
Highlight unusual expenses, cost overruns and loss-making activities
Prepare consolidated monthly MIS reports for management
Assist management with cost analysis and commercial observations

Candidate Requirements:
B.Com, M.Com, CMA Intermediate or CMA pursuing candidate
Valuable knowledge of Excel
Understanding of costing, accounting and MIS reporting
Experience in construction, infrastructure, EPC or project-based businesses preferred
Able to coordinate with accountants and site teams
Responsible for completing monthly reports within fixed timelines
