Ensure Accurate Financial Accounting & Reporting. Complete 100% monthly book closing within the defined timeline.

Maintain journal entry accuracy of 99%.

Complete all bank and GL reconciliations before month-end close.

Reduce accounting adjustments by 10%.

2.Strengthen Costing & Cost Control. Prepare product cost sheets with 100% accuracy.

Complete standard costing and variance analysis within agreed timelines.

Identify cost-saving prospects worth at least 2–3% annually.

Submit monthly cost analysis reports on time.

3.Ensure Statutory & Tax Compliance.

Achieve 100% on-time GST and TDS compliance.

Complete GST reconciliations without major discrepancies.





Support all statutory filings within due dates.

Maintain zero compliance penalties due to finance process errors.

4.Support Audit & Internal Controls.

Provide 100% audit schedules and supporting documents on time.

Close 95% of audit observations within the agreed timeline.

Ensure accurate documentation for statutory, tax, and cost audits.

Strengthen internal controls by implementing at least one improvement annually.
