Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and provide support in Italian (written & verbal).
Communicate in English when required for internal coordination.
Deliver timely and accurate resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain high-quality service standards and compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Language Proficiency: Excellent communication skills in Italian (C1 level mandatory); average English acceptable.
Education: Graduate/Undergraduate from any stream.
Experience: Open for both freshers and experienced candidates.
