Technical Skills
Oversee the daily operations of janitorial services across multiple locations, ensuring all standards of cleanliness and maintenance are met or exceeded.
Manage, train, and develop a team of janitors and supervisors, promoting a culture of high performance, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to assess the quality of work performed, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients,
