Job Responsibilities
Review and moderate user-generated content according to company policies and community guidelines.
Identify, investigate, and remove content that violates platform standards.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality while reviewing content.
Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate team.
Meet productivity and quality targets in a quick-paced environment.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Content Moderation.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Comfortable handling sensitive content when required.
