Rexon Interiors & Landscaping is a growing interior and landscaping company delivering premium residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a detail-oriented Cost Estimator to prepare accurate project estimates and support our sales and project execution teams.
Responsibilities
Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) from drawings and specifications.
Estimate material, labor, and project costs accurately.
Analyze project requirements and prepare quotations.
Coordinate with designers, vendors, and project teams for pricing.
Compare supplier quotations and negotiate the best rates.
Maintain updated material price lists and cost databases.
Assist in budgeting and project planning.
Ensure estimates are completed within deadlines.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design,
or related field.
2–5 years of experience in interior or construction estimation preferred.
Knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimating software.
Good understanding of interior materials, fittings, and finishes.
Solid analytical skills with attention to detail.
