We are hiring CNC Boring Machine Operators for our manufacturing facility in Chennai. Candidates should be able to operate CNC boring machines, read engineering drawings, perform tool setting, maintain dimensional accuracy, and produce quality components safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Operate CNC Boring Machines.
Read and understand engineering drawings.
Perform tool setting and job setup.
Inspect components using measuring instruments.
Maintain quality standards and production targets.
Follow safety procedures and keep the work area clean.
Report machine issues to the maintenance team.
Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience in CNC Boring Machine operation.
ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or a related trade is preferred.
Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and Bore Gauge.
Willingness to work in shifts.
