Bizfoc Business Solutions Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Compliance Executive (ROC & Licensing) to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are interested in corporate compliance, ROC filings, GST registrations, and business licensing.
Key Responsibilities
Handle GST Registration, amendments, and cancellation processes.
Prepare and file ROC forms such as ADT-1 and other routine MCA compliances.
Assist in obtaining and managing various business registrations and licenses.
Maintain compliance records and documentation accurately.
Coordinate with internal teams and clients for required documents and follow-ups.
Ensure timely completion of statutory compliance activities.
Stay updated with changes in MCA, GST, and other regulatory requirements.
Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
Basic understanding of MCA/ROC compliance and GST registration is preferred.
Positive communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
