Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Communication Executive to manage client interactions, ensure timely communication, and build strong relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
Maintain regular communication to ensure client satisfaction.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
Provide project updates and resolve client concerns promptly.
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes.
Schedule and participate in client meetings.
Maintain accurate records of client communications in CRM systems.
Identify opportunities to improve client experience and retention.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written English communication.
Solid interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.




Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in client communication, customer service, account management, or a similar role.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
