Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Design & Planning Head to lead the architectural design, planning, and coordination of residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have a solid architectural background with extensive experience in project planning, design development, approvals, and coordination with consultants and execution teams.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the architectural design and planning of all real estate projects.
Prepare and review concept designs, master plans, layout plans, and working drawings.
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, and landscape consultants.
Ensure compliance with local building regulations, DCPR, NBC, RERA, and statutory norms.
Review design drawings for functionality, aesthetics, cost-effectiveness, and constructability.
Coordinate with liaisoning, execution, contracts, and procurement teams for seamless project delivery.
Monitor project planning timelines and ensure timely completion of design milestones.
Optimize project designs to maximize FSI utilization and project efficiency.
Manage approvals related to architectural drawings and planning submissions.




Lead value engineering initiatives to reduce costs while maintaining quality.
Mentor and manage the design and planning team.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of Architecture and Urban Planning.
Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM.
Knowledge of DCPR, Development Control Regulations, FSI, TDR, and RERA.
Experience in residential and commercial project planning.
Excellent project management and leadership skills.
Solid coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Candidate Profile
15+ years of experience in Real Estate/Construction.
Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch) preferred.
Experience in handling end-to-end design and planning for large-scale residential/commercial developments.
Strong understanding of statutory approvals and municipal regulations.
Excellent communication, decision-making, and team leadership skills.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
