Job Summary

We are hiring Client Counsellors to guide and assist clients by understanding their requirements, providing accurate information about company services, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Candidates with experience in Counselling, Academic Counselling, Career Counselling, Immigration Counselling, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Support, Sales, Telecalling, or BPO are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
Counsel clients through phone calls and walk-in meetings.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain relationships.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with internal teams.
Update customer information in CRM.
Achieve counselling and conversion targets.
Maintain high customer satisfaction.





Qualifications
Intermediate (12th Pass) or Graduate.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
Experience in Counselling, Sales, Customer Service, BPO, or Telecalling is preferred.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
