Position: Design Architect Location: Bangalore

Experience: 7 - 10 years Qualification:

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) with relevant experience in Large Scale Commercial Architectural projects and Corporate Fit-outs. Robust academic background from premier architectural institutes will be an added advantage. :
Support and lead design management for Green Building Architecture, Campus Master Planning, and Corporate Fit-out Projects.
Manage the full design cycle -Concept, Schematic, Detailed Design, and GFC - ensuring design intent, quality, and coordination.
Review and optimize drawings, BOQs, and specifications across Architecture, Civil, and Interior works.
Oversee material selection, finish schedules, and project-specific detailing for both interior and exterior works.
Periodically update standards and specifications in line with emerging trends and codes (NBC, ECBC, IGBC, USGBC/LEED, and internal sustainability guidelines).




Coordinate and integrate the design output effectively with consultants, PMC, contractors, and internal teams (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, FPS, AV, Lighting, etc.) to ensure smooth project delivery.
Conduct regular site reviews to identify and resolve design gaps, maintaining alignment with approved drawings.
Manage other campus infrastructure–related design tasks as needed.
Track progress, flag risks early, and support timely completion of key deliverables.
Explore and integrate new materials, technologies, workplace strategies, and sustainability-focused solutions.
Ensure solid documentation, communication, and stakeholder alignment across all project stages.
Solid project management, coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
