Key Responsibilities
Operate HT & LT compressors as per SOPs.
Hands-on experience with compressors having a minimum capacity of 3000 CFM .
Monitor compressor parameters such as pressure, temperature, current, and vibration.
Perform protected start-up and shutdown of compressor systems.
Carry out preventive and predictive maintenance.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
Minimize breakdown time and ensure smooth plant operations.
Follow all safety standards and LOTO procedures.
Maintain maintenance logs, PM records, breakdown reports, and spare parts records.
