Responsibilities
Hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Desktop, laptop, printer, and software support
Windows installation and system configuration
LAN, Wi-Fi, router, and basic networking support
Preventive maintenance of computer systems
Technical support for staff and students
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Hardware, Networking, or IT
Experience in computer hardware and networking
Positive communication and problem-solving skills
Qualified personality and positive attitude
