Hiring: Customer Support Executive We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our growing D2C fashion brand. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and experience handling customer queries across WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and calls. You should be customer-focused, solution-oriented, and able to provide a smooth shopping experience while maintaining a skilled and friendly approach.
Responsibilities - Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, Instagram, Email & Calls
Assist customers with orders, tracking, exchanges, refunds, and product information
Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for order-related issues
Maintain high customer satisfaction and quick response times
Record and update customer interactions in the CRM/system Requirements - 1–3+ years of experience in Customer Support (D2C/E-commerce preferred)
Excellent verbal and written English & Hindi communication
Experience with Shopify, Interakt, Gokwik, Shiprocket, or similar platforms is preferred
Solid problem-solving and multitasking skills
Good typing speed and attention to detail
