. Offshore Project Team Lead Experience: 12–15+ years managing Oracle CX/Cloud projects

Lead offshore delivery activities for Oracle CX implementation programs.
Manage project plans, resources, deliverables, and timelines.
Coordinate functional, technical, integration, and migration workstreams.
Track risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
Facilitate status reviews and stakeholder communications.
Ensure quality, compliance, and adherence to project governance.
Support testing, deployment, and cutover planning activities.
Drive collaboration between onsite and offshore teams.
Monitor project performance and milestone achievement.
Ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, and quality objectives.
