A leading chain of Homeopathy Clinic is looking Candidates for Customer Care Executive, and the job responsibilities are as under: -

This role would be responsible for serving customers by providing service information, resolving service problems.

 Manage large amount of incoming & outcoming calls

 Generates Sales Lead

 Provide accurate, valid & complete information by using the right method/ tools

 Meet personal/ customer service team sales targets & call handling quotas

 Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions & alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

 Keep Records of customer interactions

 Follow communication procedures, guidelines & policies

 Take the extra mile to engage customers

 Excellent communication & presentation skills

 Ability to multi-task, priorities, and manage time effectively

 Track Record of over- achieving quota

 Solid phone contact handling skills & active listening

 Familiarity with CRM systems & practices

 Customer Orientation & ability to adapt/ respond to different types characters

 Age limit 34

 Experience: 2 to 3 years’

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
