The Customer Support Executive will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is fluent in both Hindi and English and can communicate effectively across diverse customer segments.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat queries professionally
Provide accurate information regarding products/services and resolve customer issues promptly
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM/ticketing system
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams and follow up until closure
Ensure adherence to defined SLAs and quality standards for customer interactions
Build solid rapport with customers to enhance satisfaction and retention
Collect customer feedback and share insights with relevant teams for service improvement
Coordinate with internal departments (technical, sales, billing)

Experience
0–3 years of experience in customer support/customer service (freshers may apply based on communication skills)

Skills & Competencies
Mandatory: Fluency in Hindi and English (spoken and written)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving ability and patience in handling customer concerns
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Positive attitude and customer-first approach
