Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding solar products and services.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the concerned team.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of queries.
Coordinate with Sales, Service, and Operations teams for issue resolution.
Achieve individual productivity and quality targets.
Ensure adherence to organizational processes and customer service standards.
