Job Summary The Customer Experience team is committed to delivering exceptional support by resolving customer queries and grievances efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will assist buyers, sellers, and dealers across multiple support channels, provide timely and accurate resolutions, collaborate with internal teams, and represent OLX's customer-first approach in every interaction.

What You Will Do
Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints through email, calls, social media, app reviews, and other support channels.
Resolve customer grievances promptly while adhering to defined SLAs and quality standards.
Follow the First Time Right approach to deliver accurate resolutions and minimize repeat cases.
Maintain response and resolution timelines to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure timely closure.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case updates in CRM systems.
Demonstrate strong product knowledge to provide accurate guidance and support.
Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and data privacy standards.

Who We're Looking For
1+ years of experience in customer support or customer service.




Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities with a customer-first mindset
Experience handling multiple communication channels and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Familiarity with customer experience metrics such as CSAT, SLA, and First Contact Resolution (FCR) is preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced, collaborative environment.
