Key Responsibilities
Manage customer interactions from booking to handover.
Address customer queries and resolve concerns promptly.
Coordinate with Sales, Project, Accounts, and Site teams.
Provide regular project updates and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM/ERP system.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Customer Relations, CRM, or Customer Service (Real Estate/Construction preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP software.
Customer-focused with solid problem-solving and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
