Job Overview
We are looking for a detailed-oriented Data Entry & Tally Operator to join our team in Lucknow. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day data entry, updating spreadsheets, and handling basic accounting entries in Tally.
Key Responsibilities
Input daily operational and business data accurately into MS Excel and internal systems.
Maintain accounting records, vouchers, and billing entries using Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
Verify data accuracy by cross-checking invoice details and source documents.
Handle basic administrative tasks, document management, and email communications.
Key Requirements & Skills
Education: Graduation mandatory (B.Com / BBA / B.Sc / B.A. or equivalent).
Accounting Software: Hands-on working knowledge of Tally (Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime).
Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, basic formulas) and MS Word.
Typing Speed: Minimum 30–35 WPM with high accuracy.
Experience: Freshers with positive Tally knowledge or candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
