Role Summary The D365 CRM Techno-Functional Consultant will provide support for Dynamics 365 CE/CRM applications, covering Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and Power Platform. The role requires a mix of functional analysis, configuration, light customization, troubleshooting, user support and coordination with technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Provide application support for D365 CE/CRM modules.

Support Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and related customer engagement processes.

Configure CRM entities, forms, views, business rules, business process flows and security roles.

Support Power Platform components such as Power Apps and Power Automate.

Analyze incidents, service requests and user issues.

Perform light customization and coordinate with developers for deeper technical fixes.

Support data validation,



deployment/release validation and regression testing.

Prepare functional documentation, user guides and support notes.

Work with F&O; and integration teams where CE-F&O; integration/Dual-write is involved.

Required Skills

5+ yrs Experience in D365 CE/CRM functional or techno-functional consulting.

Knowledge of Sales, Customer Service and Field Service modules.

Power Platform experience, especially Power Apps and Power Automate.

Experience in CRM configuration, workflows, business rules and security setup.

Troubleshooting and production support experience.

Exposure to Dataverse, plugins, JavaScript, Azure DevOps or CE-F&O; integration is preferred
