We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Executive to join our team and deliver exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries efficiently across multiple channels while maintaining high service standards in a rapid-paced workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer issues, complaints, and escalations effectively
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
Provide product/service information and guide customers to the right solutions
Identify recurring issues and share feedback with internal teams for process improvement
Meet and exceed service level agreements (SLAs) and quality metrics
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth issue resolution
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in customer support / customer service roles
Robust verbal and written communication skills in English (Hindi preferred)
Experience working with CRM tools (Freshdesk, Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar)
Ability to handle high-volume queries with patience and professionalism
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
Graduate in any stream (BBA / BCom / BA preferred)
Immediate joiners preferred
