We are hiring a Client Service Executive for our Kochi operations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle client queries via phone and email
Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, documents, and follow-ups
Maintain accurate client records and update internal systems
Ensure timely responses and high customer satisfaction
Support daily client service and backend operations
Eligibility & Requirements
Graduation is mandatory (any discipline)
Valuable communication skills (English & Malayalam preferred)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, CRM tools)
Prior experience in customer service / insurance / backend operations is an advantage
Candidate should be based in Ernakulam or Nearby District
