We are looking for a smart, confident, and enthusiastic Client Servicing Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or interns who enjoy interacting with clients, coordinating projects, and learning in a fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
Follow up with clients regarding ongoing projects.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic presentations.
Maintain client records and update project status.
Ensure timely communication and excellent customer experience.
Assist the team with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks.
Requirements
Fresher or Internship experience welcome.
Under Graduate or Graduate
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good organizational and follow-up skills.
