Provide prompt assistance before, during, and after clients' travel.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure complete client satisfaction.
Negotiate with vendors to secure the best value and exclusive perks for clients.
Maintain accurate client records, preferences, and travel history.
Stay updated on luxury travel trends, destinations, and hospitality offerings.
