Eligibility Criteria
Age: 18 to 30 years
Education: Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or equivalent
Experience: 0 to 2 years (Freshers are encouraged to apply)

Job Summary We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic Customer Care Executives to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact with customers professionally. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain company products and services to customers.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Follow up with potential leads and maintain customer relationships.
Record call details and update customer information in the system.
Meet daily and monthly calling targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads.

Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.




Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.
Willingness to work in a target-oriented environment.

Language Requirements Candidates should be able to communicate in:
English
Hindi
Telugu
Tamil
