About the Role

We're looking for a confident, client-focused professional to join our digital marketing agency as a Client Servicing Executive. This is a client-facing role ideal for candidates with 0–2 years of experience who have excellent communication skills, a presentable personality, and a passion for building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and ensure a seamless client experience.
Build and nurture robust client relationships through proactive communication and regular follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams (Creative, Performance Marketing, Social Media & Content) to ensure timely campaign execution.
Understand client requirements, manage expectations, and deliver effective solutions.
Track project timelines, prepare meeting notes, presentations, and performance reports.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling digital marketing services.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and contribute to long-term account growth.

Requirements
0–2 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management,



Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, or a similar client-facing role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
A proactive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and eagerness to learn.

Job location: Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
