About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving inquiries, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, SMS, and chat.
Assist customers with reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Follow up with customers regarding pending quotes and reservations.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure smooth trip operations.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.
Provide timely updates to customers regarding their bookings.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Meet daily productivity and quality targets.





Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Valuable computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM software).
Fast typing speed and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
Robust customer-first attitude.

Preferred Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
13 years of experience in Customer Service, BPO, Call Center, Hospitality, or Transportation industry.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
